When exploring, why not try the Belgian chocolates or a Belgian waffle – or both? The tour travels to Ypres where you can gain an insight into the World War I Battlefields of Flanders and the Somme which shaped the history of modern Europe and commemorate the brave soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice for peace.

Day 1
Early morning departure to Dover for our short sea crossing to Calais and continuing to Ostend in Belgium. (3 nights stay at the Ostend Hotel)
Day 2
This morning we travel to Ypres, where we visit Flanders Field Museum. This award-winning museum recalls personal stories of individuals during World War I, through varied objects on display and the latest technological museum applications.
Day 3
Day tour with a visit to Bruges, considered to be one of the best preserved medieval cities in Europe, an attractive city filled with canals and a maze of atmospheric cobbled streets.
Day 4
We travel to Calais for our short sea crossing to Dover followed by our journey home.
