Enjoy a relaxing Scottish break based in the village of Drymen, perfectly placed for exploring the best of the region. Visit the historic Stirling Castle, take in the beauty of Loch Lomond, and experience the seasonal snowdrops at Kilsyth Castle. Evenings include a warm hotel atmosphere with a free bar and entertainment featuring a Jersey Boys tribute act, adding a lively finish to a cosy Scottish escape

Friday
Depart North Wales and travel to Drymen in Scotland
(3 nights stay at the The Winnock Hotel).
Saturday
Today we visit the beautiful Kilsyth Castle for a special seasonal experience. On arrival, we are warmly welcomed by Sir James Campbell, the owner of the estate, before enjoying tea, coffee, and cake. We then have time to explore the stunning castle grounds, which are carpeted with snowdrops at this time of year, creating a beautiful and atmospheric winter display.
Sunday
Today we travel through the beautiful Trossachs to Doune Castle, one of Scotland's finest medieval castles. With its impressive architecture and fascinating history, there will be time to explore this remarkable stronghold at leisure. We then continue to the picturesque town of Callander, where there will be time for lunch and to browse the independent shops and cafés before enjoying a scenic return journey through the Trossachs to Drymen.
Monday
Homeward bound heading towards Gretna Green for lunch before returning home to North Wales.
