Away from the pier and seaside, the old part of Shanklin is particularly picturesque with thatched cottages, beautiful gardens, quiet charm and the Chine – a steep wooded ravine. The Isle of Wight is a beautiful island at all times of the year.

Monday
Depart North Wales and travel towards Shrewsbury to Portsmouth for our short sea crossing to Fishbourne. Continue to Shanklin (4 nights stay at The Channel View Hotel).
Tuesday
Morning visit to Osborne House and Gardens followed by an afternoon in Newport, Isle of Wight's principal town.
Wednesday
This morning, we enjoy a journey on the award-winning Isle of Wight Steam Railway, followed by an afternoon visit to the beautiful village of Godshill, then via Yarmouth and Alum Bay, with fantastic views of the Needles.
Thursday
At leisure to explore and enjoy your resort.
Friday
Travel to Fishbourne for our short sea crossing to Portsmouth and then continue home to North Wales.
